We offer internship opportunities for college students, helping them fulfill academic requirements while gaining firsthand exposure to society’s realities. Our goal is to present a holistic view—both its challenges and strengths—so that young minds understand why their role is crucial in driving change.
Interns engage in meaningful tasks such as providing basic education, conducting surveys, and interacting with communities to learn about their lives. Through these experiences, they develop a deeper sense of social responsibility and a clearer understanding of their duties as individuals toward building a better society.
These internships also foster critical skills like teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, which are valuable in any career path. By stepping out of their comfort zones, students not only contribute to community development but also discover their own potential as agents of change. Ultimately, the experience equips them to become compassionate, informed leaders of tomorrow.
We believe that true learning goes beyond books and classrooms. Through our Exposure Visits, we provide our volunteers and interns with opportunities to explore different parts of the city and engage with diverse communities, such as the Pardhi and Gond tribes. These visits serve as a window into the realities of urban and rural life, allowing participants to witness firsthand the social, economic, and cultural challenges faced by marginalized groups.
During these visits, participants observe the impact of urbanization, struggles for basic necessities, and the resilience of marginalized communities. These experiences challenge preconceived notions and encourage youth to think critically about social justice, policy gaps, and sustainable development.
By engaging in discussions, interacting with locals, and reflecting on their experiences, young minds develop a broader world perspective—one that inspires them to work toward a more inclusive and just society.
Our Youth-Led Campaigns are designed and executed by young changemakers who take the initiative to address pressing social issues and provide meaningful support to those in need.
One such initiative is the Raddhi Campaign, a unique fundraising drive where youth collect household scrap donated by local residents during the Diwali cleaning season. The collected scrap is then resold, and the funds generated are used to support various social causes.
Another remarkable campaign, Ghar Pahuchvao Abhiyan, was launched by one of our youth leaders during the lockdown. This initiative involved gathering data on stranded students and migrant laborers in Bhopal and working in collaboration with government departments to help them return to their hometowns safely.
These campaigns demonstrate how youth-driven efforts can spark real change. By taking initiative and mobilizing resources, young individuals show that small actions can create lasting impact.
To build a well-informed and socially responsible youth force, we conduct Capacity Building Sessions for our volunteers. These sessions cover a range of essential topics, ensuring that volunteers are not only engaged in fieldwork but also equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to create meaningful change. Key areas of focus include mental health and well-being, where volunteers learn coping strategies for stress and emotional resilience, as well as child rights and protection, educating them on safeguarding vulnerable children. Additionally, sessions on the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act provide in-depth knowledge of legal frameworks that protect children from abuse, exploitation, and conflict with the law.
Beyond legal and psychological aspects, our training also emphasizes gender sensitization, leadership development, and community engagement, fostering inclusivity and active participation in social issues. Volunteers gain valuable insights into working with marginalized groups, advocating for rights, and mobilizing communities for sustainable development. Through these sessions, they not only enhance their understanding of societal challenges but also develop the skills and confidence to become responsible citizens, proactive changemakers, and compassionate leaders.
Our Volunteership Program offers young individuals the chance to engage in real-world social initiatives, contributing to the planning, execution, and management of large-scale events. Volunteers play an essential role in ensuring the smooth implementation of awareness campaigns, social drives, and major public events, gaining hands-on experience in leadership, teamwork, and event coordination. Through this program, they become actively involved in community-driven projects that create lasting social impact.
One of the key areas of engagement is volunteering in marathons and fitness campaigns that promote social causes. We have been a part of Run Bhopal Run, Bansal Pankh Marathon, and Pinkathon, where volunteers assist in registrations, route management, hydration points, and participant engagement. Additionally, our volunteers have contributed to fundraising events, health camps, environmental initiatives, and youth awareness campaigns, ensuring seamless execution. Having participated in over 200 events across Bhopal, our dedicated volunteers continue to be the driving force behind impactful community programs, developing essential skills and a deep sense of civic responsibility in the process.
